Please note that the shipping destination for your order may vary depending on the availability of stock. We have two primary shipping locations - Canada and China.

 

Shipping Time - All our nails are meticulously custom-made, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship. Products that are currently in stock will be shipped out within 3 business days from the date of your order. However, for out-of-stock products, please note that they will be made to order and shipped out within 10 days, subject to the order volume and production schedule.

 

ORDER CANCELLATION: If you no longer wish to receive your order after placing it we can try our best to cancel it for you. However, our manicurists process orders very quickly for customer convenience therefore it is not always possible. If the order ships out before we are able to cancel it for you we are not responsible for return.

 

LOST PACKAGE: Chic Nana Boutique is not responsible or obligated to replace or refund packages delivered to the address provided at checkout. If a package is marked “Delivered,” please first check your order to ensure the shipping address provided was correct.  If the address provided was correct, contact the local post office responsible for delivering the package (found on the tracking page).  After describing the situation and providing tracking, they will be able to assist you in recovering your package.

 

DELAYED: Immediately contact the carrier if your tracking information says delayed. Typically this means additional information is needed to deliver your package. If they are unable to deliver your package, please contact chicnanaboutique@gmail.com with the issue, order number, and/or correct shipping address.
