Returns and exchanges
Due to the reason that our product is customized and personal, we will not offer any refund, return, or exchanges. Please measure your nails, and double check all purchases before checking out.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Jewelry Return Policy
Returns:
-You may return unworn and undamaged jewelry within 10 days of receiving your order for a full refund.
-All returns must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase, such as the order confirmation email or packing slip.
-Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, and you will receive an email notification once the refund has been processed.
-Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
-If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request an exchange.
-We will gladly replace the item with a new one of the same style, or offer an alternative item of equal value, subject to availability.
-Exchanges will be processed once we receive the defective or damaged item back.
Conditions for Returns and Exchanges:
-All returned or exchanged items must be in their original condition, with all tags, packaging, and accessories included.
-Jewelry that has been resized, altered, or shows signs of wear or damage will not be eligible for return or exchange.
-We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet our criteria.

Return Shipping:
-You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a defective or damaged item.
